How to Prepare — Timed to the CET Calendar
Build Foundation Across All Four Sections
Cover Quant, Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Abstract Reasoning is unique to CET and often skipped in general MBA prep, so don’t leave it for later just because it’s unfamiliar.
Get Habitual With the Exam Interface
Start taking full-length CET mocks regularly to get used to the exam interface and, critically, CET’s no-negative-marking format — this changes optimal attempt strategy significantly compared to CAT, since guessing carries no penalty.
Mocks Become the Main Activity
Take a full mock every 2–3 days, alternating with sectional tests for your weakest section. Since CET rewards speed, track your time-per-question closely, not just accuracy.
